Project Description
A large scale open air retail and mixed use development located along a major urban axis in Petah Tikva, connecting vital transportation hubs of light rail and future underground station on opposite sides of the site.

The project is organised around two publicly accessible retail levels integrated into a sloping topography, with direct street access. Several commercial towers and a centrally positioned upper retail level rise above the street-level retail base and three underground parking floors are constructed below.

The landscape strategy focuses on resolving complex level changes whilst maintaining continuity and navigational clarity between the retail levels, towers, and surrounding streets.
